A year after receiving an Oscar nom for his role as a reckless bomb defuser in The Hurt Locker, 40-year-old hottie Jeremy Renner is gearing up to go head-to-head with Tom Cruise in Mission: Impossible—Ghost Protocol and is still getting major props for playing a spot-on career criminal in The Town. When he's not train- ing to become an archery pro for his role as the talented archer Hawkeye in 2012's comic book– inspired action flick The Avengers (with fellow FFM Chris Hems- worth), he's building houses and eating raw cookie dough.

Jeremy Renner: How to kill someone in two seconds for Mission: Impossible. Not that I'd ever want to do that....

Jeremy Renner：在MI裡頭學會如何在兩秒內殺死一個人。我從來沒說我想學那個……

Do you have any vices?

I have a bad sweet tooth. I'm pretty good when I have to eat well for work, but otherwise, I could eat a whole roll of raw cookie dough.

你有什麼壞習慣嗎？

我很愛吃甜食。當我要為工作保持身材的時候我可以克制得很好，但其他時間，我可以把整包小圓餅乾都吃完。

What's a dating deal breaker for you?

I once dated a girl who had really ugly luggage. It sounds strange, but it looked like some- one vomited on a suitcase. I couldn't go on a trip with her.

約會中的雷點？

我曾經有個女友，有個很醜的旅行皮箱。我知道這樣描述很詭異，但它真的看起來像是有人吐在那個皮箱上。我沒辦法和那樣的女孩一起去旅行。

How do you spend your time when you're not working?

I build homes. My brother and I will buy a house that's falling down and reconfigure the whole thing. We take care of everything from the shingles on the roof to the piping on the couch.

不工作的時候，你都在幹麻？

蓋房子。我和我兄弟會買下廢棄的老屋，再重新裝潢整修。從天花板的壁癌到沙發壞掉的骨架，大大小小全部翻修一遍。

Describe the most fearless thing you've done.

Racing cars in the Baja 500 in Mexico. It's a 500-mile off-road race where you roll your car all the time. It's so intense, you have to wear kidney belts so your insides don't get slapped around too much.

告訴我們你做過最大膽的一件事。

到墨西哥參加Baja 500英里越野賽車。那是越野車比賽，500英里內你開著車不斷的轉圈。非常刺激的比賽，你得繫上護腰以防內臟在太劇烈的撞擊中受傷。
